At Gymbay, we take pride in creating each product to order, which takes up to 5 business days to make. Once your order is complete, we'll ship it to you as soon as possible. Shipping times vary, but most orders should arrive within 3-10 business days once shipped. We'll then send you a shipping number via email once your package has arrived in Australia.

Refund Policy
At GymBay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please email us at contactus@gymbay.au with an image of any damage, wrong sizing, or other issues. We don't accept returns, but we're happy to offer a refund or exchange if there's a problem with your order.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund of exchange if the item has been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt. We'll do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and ensure that you're happy with your purchase.
